Sub-processor Register
The third-party sub-processors Zorvetska engages to help deliver our products and services.

Zorvetska Limited engages a limited number of trusted third-party providers (“sub-processors”) to support the delivery, hosting, security, and operation of our products and services. This register provides transparency about those sub-processors and the role each performs.
We impose data protection and security obligations on every sub-processor that are consistent with our own commitments under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and we remain accountable for their processing of personal data on our behalf.
1. Categories of Sub-processors
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — secure hosting, storage, and compute for our applications and data.
- Analytics and product measurement providers — aggregated usage analytics to help us improve our services.
- Communication and email delivery providers — transactional and notification emails, and customer support messaging.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) providers — management of leads, enquiries, and customer communications.
- Payment and billing providers — where applicable, processing of subscription and billing information.
2. Purpose and Safeguards
Each sub-processor is engaged only for the specific purpose described above and is granted access to the minimum data necessary to perform its function. We conduct due diligence on our sub-processors and require them to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
3. Requesting the Detailed List
A detailed, current list of named sub-processors — including the service provided and processing location — is available to customers on request. To receive the current list, please contact [email protected].
4. Changes to Sub-processors
We may add or replace sub-processors as our services evolve. Where required by contract, we will provide affected customers with advance notice of new sub-processors and a reasonable opportunity to raise objections. This register is updated whenever material changes are made.
