Integrity is a core value at Zorvetska Limited. We are committed to conducting business ethically, lawfully, and transparently in all our dealings. This statement sets out our commitment to ethical conduct and our zero-tolerance approach to corruption.
1. Ethical Conduct
We expect all directors, employees, contractors, and partners to act with honesty and integrity, to comply with applicable laws, and to avoid conduct that could damage trust in Zorvetska.
2. Zero Tolerance for Bribery and Corruption
We prohibit bribery and corruption in any form. This includes offering, giving, requesting, or accepting any improper payment or advantage to obtain or retain business or influence a decision.
3. Gifts and Hospitality
Gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, proportionate, transparent, and never intended to improperly influence a business decision. Anything that could create a conflict of interest should be declined or disclosed.
4. Conflicts of Interest
Personnel must avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of Zorvetska or its clients, and must disclose any potential conflicts.
5. Fair Dealing
We compete fairly and honestly, and we do not engage in anti-competitive practices, fraud, or misrepresentation.
6. Reporting Concerns
We encourage the reporting of suspected unethical or unlawful conduct. Concerns can be raised confidentially at [email protected]. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
